Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley to relocate to Reynolds Crossing

Thompson Siegel, & Walmsley LLC, an Henrico County-based investment management firm, plans to relocate to the Reynolds Crossing mixed-use development, also in Henrico, next summer.

According to CRRE/Richmond, which brokered the deal, the company has leased 29,873 feet of space on the top floor of the Reynolds Office Building at 6641 West Broad St. The firm currently is located at Three Paragon Place.

According to CBRE, TS&W liked the development’s collaborative space, ample parking and proximity to I-64 and West Broad Street.

“We’re excited about our move to Reynolds Crossing and the opportunity to design a space that fosters teamwork and focused investment research. This office will accommodate growth beyond our current 70 associates and $14 billion of assets under management. The location is convenient for our local clients and reinforces our pursuit of excellence for our national and international business partners,” Frank Reichel, president of Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley, said in a statement.

The Reynolds Office Building is a Class A building with 193,698 rentable square feet. TS&W will join other tenants, including CBRE|Richmond, Metlife, and James River Insurance Co.

Tom Vozenilek, Zach Roski, and Marc Allocca of Richmond’s CBRE office represented Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley, while Bill Reynolds and Trib Sutton, also of CBRE Richmond, represented Reynolds Development in the transaction.
