Richmond consulting firms Convergent Business Solutions (CBS) and Warren Whitney have merged.
No financial details on the merger were announced.
With the merger, Warren Whitney, a management consulting firm has expanded its practice areas to include technology consulting services.
David Nelms, the owner of CBS, will lead the technology practice.
CBS has provided information technology consulting and contract chief information officer and chief operating officer services for mid-sized organizations.
Warren Whitney, started more than 26 years ago, pioneered the concept of as-needed senior-level leadership. It has served privately held and nonprofit organizations in the areas of finance and accounting, human resources, and sales and marketing.
