West Broad Marketplace, the 350,000-square foot, mixed-use project taking shape in the Short Pump area of Henrico County, has another new tenant. TJ Maxx signed a lease for a 23,000-square-foot store that it plans to open in 2016, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
West Broad Marketplace, under development by NVRetail Inc., a mid-Atlantic retail developer in partnership with Excel Trust, is located at 12300 W. Broad St., less than a mile west of Short Pump Town Center. It’s scheduled to open in 2016.
T.J. Maxx will join already announced anchors Wegmans and Cabela’s. Their stores are under construction.
Connie Jordan Nielsen of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations and is the exclusive leasing representative for West Broad Marketplace.
