Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports two lease transactions in Chesapeake.

SupplyOne leased 35,000 square feet at 3813 Cook Blvd. in Chesapeake. Dawn F. Griggs of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Gastroenterology Associates renewed its lease and expanded for a total of 10,062 square feet at 113 Gainsborough Square in Chesapeake. Christine Kaempfe of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
