Reston-based Leidos Holdings Inc. has named James C. Reagan executive vice president and chief financial officer.
The appointment takes effect on July 6.
Reagan will oversee all financial activities of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, tax, planning and analysis, and investor relations.
Reagan served as senior vice president and CFO of Vencore Inc. (formerly The SI Organization Inc.) since 2012. The company provides information solutions and engineering and analysis services to the U.S. intelligence community, Department of Defense, and federal and civilian agencies. He is a certified public accountant who began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Reagan received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary and a master's degree in business administration from Loyola College in Baltimore.
Leidos provides science and technology solutions in national security, health and engineering. The company has 19,000 employees and reported annual revenues of about $5.06 billion for its fiscal year ending Jan. 30.
