Thalhimer Realty Partners Inc. has purchased Spring Centre, a 30,392-square-foot retail center located at 7124 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Hanover County for $1.96 million. The seller was 6512 Mechanicsville Turnpike Holdings LLC.

Spring Centre is located east of I-295 along the Mechanicsville Turnpike corridor, in close proximity to Lee-Davis High School. Current tenants include Tropical Smoothie Café, Martial Arts World, and Personal Chef To Go.
Thalhimer Realty Partners said it plans significant renovations to Spring Centre, with work to be completed over the summer. Renovations will include landscaping enhancements, parking lot repairs, improvements to the building façade, installation of an updated lighting package to the center and upgrading building and tenant’s signage.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will handle leasing and property management of the center with Nicki Jassy and Will McGoogan as exclusive leasing representatives and Zachary Brenner as portfolio manager.
