Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Monday that Virgil G. Nelson will lead the firm’s Fredericksburg office.
According to Richmond-based Thalhimer, Nelson has been a top commercial broker in the Fredericksburg region for more than 30 years. He specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial and land sales.
In the managing broker role, he will focus on the growth of the Fredericksburg region for Thalhimer, and provide leadership to current and future Thalhimer associates of the Fredericksburg office.
Nelson replaces Jamie A. Scully who has led the Fredericksburg office for more than seven years. Thalhimer said Scully will now focus solely on his clients for sales and leasing transactions. He also will continue to play a major role as a leader and mentor for the Fredericksburg office.
