The properties are in Madison Heights, Salem, Roanoke and Elliston totaling more than 185 acres.

Old Virginia Brick closed in April after 125 years of operation.

The property portfolio consists of multiple buildings totaling 257,000 square-feet. The properties include a manufacturing facility in Madison Heights, corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Salem, and two separate land parcels used as the company’s brick mining locations in Roanoke and Elliston.

Auctions will start on June 23 at 10 a.m. at the Madison Heights manufacturing facility then shift to the headquarters site in Salem for a 1 p.m. auction. From there, the team will move on to the Roanoke mine property for a 1:30 p.m. auction and then on to the Montgomery Courthouse at 4 p.m. for the auction of the Montgomery mine property.
