CapitolMac will open a 1,800-square-foot store at the New Town Shops on Main in Williamsburg this summer, according to Developers Realty Corp. (DRC).  The store will be the company’s third location in Virginia.

CapitolMac, which originated in Richmond, is a licensed Macintosh retailer providing Apple products and service
“New Town Shops on Main is extremely pleased that CapitolMac will be joining our great mix of retailers,” Kelly Voss, director of property management for DRC, said in a statement.

CapitolMac started in Richmond the 1980s.  In 2010 it expanded to Baltimore. CapitolMac partner John Orozco said the company is excited about expanding to Williamsburg. “We’re looking forward to bringing our Apple products and support to the area.”

Besides offering a full range of Apple products, CapitolMac is an Apple-authorized service provider and member of the Apple Consultants Network. The company can service and repair Apple products both in and out of warranty, with repairs done by in-house technicians. The store also will provide home users and businesses with onsite experts for consulting and IT support.
