Headquarters office building in Chesapeake sells for $1.2 million

Executive Blvd. LLC purchased a 13,600-square-foot former corporate office headquarters building in Chesapeake from E III LC for $1.27 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the company plans to expand its subsidiaries, Sky Surgical Inc., G6 Genomics and Shoreline Medical, into the building at 1101 Executive Blvd.

Thalhimer’s Christine Kaempfe handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and Tony Weiss, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.

Tecnico Corp. subleased 73,586 square feet in Bridgeway III at 6900 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk.  Clay Culbreth handled lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

General Foam Plastics Corp. leased 17,693 square feet in Fulton Bank Plaza at 4299 Bonney Road in Virginia Beach.  Lindsay Himelright handled the lease negotiations.

Goodwill Industries of Central Virginia renewed its lease of 13,000 square feet in Lynnhaven North Shopping Center in Virginia Beach.  Chris Rouzie handled the lease negotiations.

Hampton Roads Moving and Storage leased 10,000 square feet at 1112 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake.  William Throne handled the lease negotiations.
