Rogish became the first woman to lead the Big Four accounting firm Deloitte’s Central Virginia market in 2021. A Cornell University and Columbia University alumna, she joined Deloitte in 1998 and has worked as a client relationship executive, strategic relationship manager, managing director and business analyst.
Deloitte employs 170,000 workers worldwide, with about 13,575 in Virginia. Its global revenue was $59.3 billion for fiscal 2022, nearly 20% more than the previous year.
Rogish is an advocate for women’s leadership and a co-sponsor of several gender-equity initiatives Deloitte offers, such as Within Reach, a research series analyzing the rise of women in leadership positions. She also founded and is an executive sponsor of DC Spark, a networking organization for women executives in the Washington, D.C., metro area.
SOMETHING I’LL NEVER DO AGAIN: Hot air ballooning. While it was a beautiful and serene experience, the basket was much smaller than I had expected.
It turns out I’m afraid of heights.
HOW I UNWIND: As I commute home from the office, I’ve found that appreciating the beauty and power of the James River helps me unwind.
