Aston Properties buys 64,687-square-foot building in Harrisonburg

Aston Properties has purchased a 64,687-square-foot building on 8.7 acres on East Market Street in Harrisonburg. The seller was Harrisonburg Virginia Associates. The purchase price was not disclosed.

According to CBRE|Charlottesville, the firm that brokered the sale, the building is located in a retail corridor at the intersection of Route 33 and University Boulevard, close to James Madison University.
Built in 1973, the building was formally occupied by Kmart. It’s also near Rockingham Memorial Hospital.

PK Kamath, Cass Kawecki and Carolyn Shears of CBRE|Charlottesville represented the seller in the transaction.
