Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer said Monday that the firm’s 10 Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina offices completed 137 lease transactions totaling over 1.1 million square feet with a transactional value of over $50.1 million during August.
In addition, Thalhimer executed 29 sales transactions that month totaling more than $89.3 million in sales volume.
With four months to go for full-year figures, Thalhimer said its year-to-date volume so far is nearly the same as its total volume for 2013.
To date this year, more than 20.6 million square feet of sales and lease transactions have been completed. That figure includes $596 million in sales volume and more than $518 million in leasing volume for a year-to-date volume exceeding $1.11 billion.
Total volume completed by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2013 was $1.15 billion.
