Richmond-area lease agreements announced

Velocitel, McGladrey LLP and LiveWell Financial all have been involved in recent lease agreements over 8,000 square feet in the Richmond area, according to the commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

Velocitel renewed and expanded in its current location and now leases a total of 19,335 square feet in Park III, Building A at 4144 Innslake Drive in Henrico County. Mac Wilson, N. Dean Meyer and Evan M. Magrill handled lease negotiations.

McGladrey LLP leased 8,813 square feet in SunTrust Center at 919 E. Main Street in Richmond. Austin H. Newman and Brian K. Berkey handled lease negotiations.

LiveWell Financial leased 8,781 square feet in Arboretum III at 300 Arboretum Drive in Chesterfield County. Brian K. Berkey handled lease negotiations.
