Eleven buildings totaling about 359,000 square feet in the Innsbrook area of Henrico County have been sold by Highwoods Properties. The two deals totaled $40.7 million.
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented Highwoods in the deals, which were completed by Eric Robison of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond office.
Seven properties totaling 195,881 square feet were sold to Richmond-based Lingerfelt Commonwealth Partners. The properties at Innsbrook Corporate Center include five buildings in Vantage Park and two buildings in Technology Park.
Dallas-based Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management bought the other four buildings encompassing more than 163,000 square feet. The properties are located off of Nuckols Road in the Concourse at Wyndham. The deal represented Westdale’s second office acquisition in Richmond this year.
