Syncreon Technology (USA) LLC has leased 125,000 square feet in White Oak Technology Park in Henrico County in a relocation and expansion from the Fredericksburg area to the Richmond region.

Syncreon, based out of the United Kingdom with a North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, Miich., provides integrated logistics services to global industries, managing the inbound and outbound flow of materials and products across a number of industrial sectors.

Gary L. Hooper and Matt Braun of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations for Syncreon.
