A 102,000-square-foot building in Christiansburg has been sold.
The Roanoke-based Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group said Briar Oak Investments VII LLC bought the former DISH Network operations center in the Falling Branch Corporate Park.
The real estate firm said Briar Oak has invested $3.5 million in the property, which sits on 19 acres near Exit 118-A on Interstate 81.
Jacob Quesinberry and Dennis Cronk of Poe & Cronk facilitated the deal and will serve as the owner’s exclusive agents in repurposing the property.
