The company is a North American distributor in the electrical industry and a subsidiary of Genuine Parts, best known for its largest division, NAPA Auto Parts.
Valkyrie Enterprises leased 45,663 square feet of warehouse/office space at 3800 Village Ave. in Norfolk. C. Cheyney Cole, Jr. of Nusbaum represented the landlord.
In a sales transaction for Nusbaum, Nuz Investments II purchased Raceway Market Shops for $5.7 million. The 26,088-square-foot shopping center is located in Indianapolis, Ind. Matthew and Andrew Nusbaum represented the Norfolk buyer.
