S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk announces transactions totaling more than $14.4 million on 351,380 square feet and 7.4 acres of land completed by the Norfolk and Richmond Offices for the month of April.
Some of the larger deals included a sale by GTG Financial LLC. It purchased an 116,628-square-foot office building on .5 acre located at 100 W. Plume Street in Norfolk from Dominion Enterprises for $5.9 million. Nusbaum’s John M. Profilet represented the seller.
In a lease renewal, Continental Terminals Inc. extended its lease on 38,500 square feet of industrial space located at 3941 Holland Boulevard in Chesapeake. Stephanie Sanker represented the landlord, and Michael Myers represented the tenant.
Tactical Adventure Games leased 26,000 square feet of retail space at Victory West Shopping Center in Portsmouth. Michael Zarpas represented the landlord.
