Williamsburg warehouse property sells for $3.2 million

Wyatt Industries LLC purchased a 51,300-square-foot warehouse property on 6.9 acres in Williamsburg from 149 Warwick Court Property LLC for $3.2 million.

The property is located in the Busch Industrial Park in Williamsburg. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the purchase was made as an investment.

Andy Dallas of Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer, and Clay Culbreth, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
