Divaris Real Estate Inc. in Virginia Beach has completed more than 240,000 square feet of new and renewed office leases at The Town Center of Virginia Beach.
The biggest lease involves 82,000 square feet for the center’s newest tenant, Clark Nexsen. The architecture and engineering firm will move into a new office tower at 4525 Main St., which it designed for its headquarters.
In other transactions, Troutman Sanders LLP renewed a 22,000-square-foot lease for its Hampton Roads headquarters at 222 Central Park Ave. Pender and Coward renewed for 29,500 square feet in that same office tower.
In One Columbus Center, HBA Architecture and Interior Design renewed for 15,000 square feet and refurbished its corporate headquarters.
The Town Center of Virginia Beach is a public-private partnership between the City of Virginia Beach and Armada Hoffler Development Co. Divaris leases the project, and Divaris Property Management Corp.manages it.
