A Virginia-based anesthesia provider has merged with North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA), the largest single specialty anesthesia and perioperative management company in the United States.
Fairfax-based FOAA Anesthesia Services has provided anesthesia practice management and services for more than 25 years, according to a news release. Melville, N.Y.-based NAPA is an anesthesia management company that was founded in 1986. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
