Jefferson Ridge Apartments has 68 units across 8 buildings

Jefferson Ridge Apartments in Forest sold for $6.6 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group and Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Advisory Group announced Tuesday. The sale finalized last week.

Built in 1995, the 68-unit, 8-building apartment campus is located at 143 Jefferson Ridge Road. The buildings total 52,280 square feet.

Colorado Limited Partnership bought the apartments from Jefferson Ridge Langley LLC. Clay Taylor, a certified commercial investment member, with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group out of Roanoke and Jorge Rosa and Anthony “TJ” Liberto with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Advisory team represented the seller.
