100-unit Turnpike Townhomes is on Franklin Turnpike

Danville Investors LLC sold the 100-unit Turnpike Townhomes for $7.85 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group announced Tuesday.
Turnpike Townhome Apartments LLC purchased the apartments at 1300 Franklin Turnpike, as well as parcels of adjacent vacant land, on June 21.
Clay Taylor, a certified commercial investment member, of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer out of Roanoke, completed the sale, along with the company’s mid-Atlantic advisory team of Jorge Rosa and Anthony Liberto and the Raleigh office of Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group’s Watson Bryant, Paul Marley and Griffin Dunaway.
