Roanoke-based Advance Auto Parts announced Monday it has named Geno Coradini vice president of real estate. He will be based in Roanoke for the new role and his responsibilities will include leading lease administrations, real estate development, construction, store planning and design.

Before joining Advance Auto, Coradini was executive vice president of retail at Jones Lang LaSalle, a commercial real estate company.  He began his real estate career at AutoZone and then led real estate functions at FedEx Office and Family Dollar.

Coradini will report to Bill Carter, senior vice president of business development and integration at Advance Auto Parts.  Following the company's recent acquisition of General Parts International, Advance operates 5,297 company-operated stores, 105 Worldpac branches, and services about 1,400 independently owned Carquest branded stores.
