GHK Consulting, Ltd., a subsidiary of Faifax County-based ICF International, has completed its acquisition of Mostra SA, a communications firm based in Brussels.
Details of the transaction, announced last month, were not disclosed.
ICF provides consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients.
Founded in 1986, Mostra has about 140 employees who help government and commercial clients reach stakeholders and customers.
The firm works with European Union institutions, particularly the European Commission, on strategic communications.
Its services include communications strategy; content and editorial services; print, audiovisual and web production; stakeholder management; social media campaigns; media relations; media buying and planning; and event organization.
Its services will expand ICF's global strategic communications services.
