Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (DHG) announced Monday that Melinda Hancock has joined the firm as a partner in the Richmond office. Hancock will join the company’s national health care practice, DHG Healthcare.
Hancock will be responsible for developing the health care practice’s financial modeling products and services. Before joining DHG Healthcare, Hancock was senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Bon Secours Virginia Health System. She was responsible for financial functions for the hospital system in Virginia and system wide leadership for financial aspects of reform and clinical transformation efforts.
She serves as the current secretary/treasurer on the national Healthcare Financial Management Association Board of Directors.
