Cloverleaf Office Park, a 68,000-square-foot, multi-building office project at 310 Turner Road in Chesterfield County, has been sold for $2.1 million to Pennsylvania-based Hamilton Real Estate Fund LLC.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer,  Hamilton bought the 68,000-square-foot office park in Richmond’s Southwest quadrant office submarket as an investment. It is about 70 percent leased.

Eric Robison and Catharine Spangler of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, along with Thalhimers' Jason Guillot, handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, SunTrust Bank. According to public records, the bank purchased the property for $3.8 million in September 2012.
