CBRE|Hampton Roads reports monthly leases totaling 288,722 square feet for November. The largest transaction was a 29,836-square-foot lease for Phoenix Sales & Distribution Inc. at West Park Two in Hampton. Chamie Burroughs, Worth Remick and Ashton Williamson handled the transaction.
In other deals:
FR8Solutions LLC leased 28,000 square feet at 5700 Ward Ave. in Virginia Beach, Va. Remick handled the transaction.
The U.S. Postal Service leased 21,213 square feet at 190 Janaf Shopping Center in Norfolk. Patrick Gill and Joanna Hastings handled the transaction.
Old Virginia Mortgage Inc. leased 14,958 square feet at Greenbrier Technology Center II in Chesapeake. Matt Wilbricht, Perry Frazer and Pat Mugler handled the transaction.
