Alcalde & Fay, a public affairs and government consulting firm, has completed an early lease renewal for its 22,500-square-foot headquarters at 2111 Wilson Blvd. in Arlington.
The company said in a press release that it decided to stay in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor because of the economic advantages that came with staying in the same location.
The Washington, D.C.-based Ezra Co. negotiated on behalf of Alcalde & Fay in the transaction. Ezra’s Associate Vice President Erica King said in a statement, “Our client received significant upfront savings as part of the deal, while also locking in aggressive and cost-effective terms for their new lease.”
Dallas-based L&B Realty Advisors owns the building, known as Colonial Place I, where Alcalde & Fay is located.
