Virginia Beach-based Atlantic Heating and Cooling has appointed Bob Schuster as the new senior vice president of business development for the Utilities Service Division. Schuster was the former vice president at Tri-State Utilities in Chesapeake.

Atlantic Heating & Cooling Service is a heating, air conditioning, plumbing and utility company serving Virginia and the Atlanta Metro area.
