Kathryn M. Bungo has joined Cushman Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services group as portfolio manager in its Richmond office.
Bungo has more than seven years of experience in the real estate industry and specializes in property and facility management focusing on industrial, retail, medical, and office facilities.
Before joining Thalhimer, she managed a mixed product portfolio of more 1 million square feet in Richmond for First Potomac Realty Trust.
In another new hire, Cindy Scanlan has joined the Residential Property Services Group as a portfolio manager. Her portfolio will consist of multifamily properties located in Norfolk and the Triangle area of North Carolina.
Cindy brings more than 30 years of property management experience to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which currently manages more than 5,200 apartments in Virginia and North Carolina.
Before joining Thalhimer, Scanlan spent 11 years as the director of property management at Hercules Real Estate Services, Inc. Prior to that she held key management roles at United Dominion Realty Trust and High Associates as a multi-site manager.
