Glen Allen-based Capital Square Realty Advisors LLC named a new controller Monday. Richard Byers will serve as a controller for Capital Square Realty Advisors and its affiliate companies Capital Square Holdings and Capital Square Management.
Byers is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience. He worked for real estate company RF&P Corp. for 17 years and also has owned a CPA firm.
At RF&P Corp., Byers worked on the Potomac Yard development analysis and economic impact study for the Redskins Stadium proposal.
Byers has worked as a controller for several real estate companies such as F. G. Pruitt Inc., Mark Properties and Zapolski Real Estate. He began his career with Ernst & Young.
