Kaman Industrial Technologies will relocate from its Richmond location on Westwood Avenue next year to Crescent Business Center IV in Hanover County.
According to Colliers International in Richmond, the company has leased 31,906 square feet of space at 10402 Lakeridge Parkway. Jason Hetherington of Colliers represented Kaman.
Kaman, based out of Bloomfield, Conn., is a leading distributor of industrial parts, and operates more than 200 customer service centers and five distribution centers across North America.
In another deal for Colliers, Gander Capital Partners bought a 30,000-square-foot multitenant building in Newport News from Weaver Brothers for $1.8 million. The building is located at 12388 Warwick Blvd. Christopher Todd of Colliers International represented the buyer in the transaction.
