The Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) has named Brad Boland its president for 2014. Boland is a managing broker and owner at Keller Williams, Dulles.
VAR made the announcement this month at its annual convention in Virginia Beach. At that event Pat Jensen also was named VAR’s Realtor of the Year. Jensen was VAR president in 2008. She is the only person in the history of the Charlottesville Association of Realtors to be named Rookie of the Year, Sales Person of the Year, Realtor of the Year and to receive its annual ethics award.
Boland is on the National Association of Realtors Conventional Financing and Lending Committee. He also serves as a National Association of Realtors Political Action Committee Fundraising Trustee.
VAR represents more than 29,000 realtors throughout the state.
