Foribus LLC has bought an 181,000-square-foot industrial facility at 5640 Lewis Rd. in Henrico County from Rock Tenn CP LLC for $2.4 million. The property, which includes nine acres, is located in the county's East End, near Richmond International Airport. Cliff Porter handled negotiations for the buyer.

Airpark Properties LLC bought a 33,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility at 10423 Leadbetter Road in Hanover County from Leadbetter/Airpark Associates for $1.6 million. Bob Porter handled negotiations on the seller’s behalf, and Kevin Cox represented the buyer.
