Richmond warehouse property sells for $2 million

Erin Enterprises has purchaed a 76,124-square-foot warehouse property in Richmond from DSJ Virginia Properties LLC for $2 million.

The seven-acre property is located at the I-95 Bells Road interchange at 3000 Transport St.
