Arlington-based Interstate Hotels & Resorts announced Wednesday it acquired Chardon Management Ltd., a management company in the United Kingdom.
Chardon currently manages 32 hotels and one health and fitness club in the U.K. Its portfolio includes Holiday Inn, Best Western Plus and Quality Hotel.
Interstate Hotels & Resorts and its affiliates manage 387 hotels in North America, Europe and Asia. It also has agreements to manage 40 hotels currently under construction or in development.
This is Interstate Hotels & Resorts’ second acquisition in the U.K. this year, said CEO Jim Abrahamson in a statement.
