National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) has selected Colliers International as the exclusive leasing agent for 4401 Wilson Blvd.
The class A, 575,000-square-foot office building is located in a prominent location, at the corner of Glebe Road and Wilson Boulevard in Arlington’s Ballston area.
Bill Hylton, along with Jeff Tarae and Andy Klaff from Colliers International’s D.C. and Tysons Corner offices, are partnering on the representation.
NRECA is the national service organization for more than 900 not-for-profit rural electric cooperatives and public power districts providing retail electric service to more than 42 million consumers in 47 states.
Its retail sales account for about 12 percent of total electricity sales in the United States.
