Alorica, Inc., a provider of customer management outsourcing solutions, has leased 33,588 square feet of space at Norfolk Commerce Center V in Norfolk. Pat Mugler of CBRE/Hampton Roads represented the landlord, and the firm’s Lang Williams represented the tenant in the transaction.
In other deals for CBRE, SRA International Inc. leased 16,462 square feet at Battlefield Technology Center III in Chesapeake. Mugler, Gray Randolph and Perry Frazer handled the transaction.
General Dynamics Information Technology Inc. leased 10,233 square feet at Bridgeway Technology Center I in Suffolk. Perry Frazer, Don Crigger, Mollie Korte and Ricky Anderson handled the transaction.
cloud9virginia LLC leased 18,802 square feet at Greenbrier Circle Corporate Center in Chesapeake. Matt Wilbricht, Frazer and Mugler handled the transaction.
The Strayer University Corp. leased 13,909 square feet at 249 Central Park Ave. in Virginia Beach. Williams handled the transaction.
