The law firm Faggert & Frieden PC has renewed its lease for 10,398 square feet of office space in the Armada Hoffler Tower in the Town Center of Virginia Beach.

The law firm specializes in real estate development and finance.

On behalf of the landlord, Armada Hoffler Properties Inc., the lease was handled by Michael Divaris, president; Vivian Turok, senior vice president; and Krista Costa, vice president, in the Virginia Beach office of Divaris Real Estate Inc.

The building is leased by Divaris Real Estate and managed by Divaris Property Management Corp.
