CBRE| Richmond has been awarded the leasing of West Broad Village at 11173-11275 West Broad Street in Henrico County.
The 386,000 square-foot, mixed-use lifestyle center in the Short Pump corridor has immediate access to Broad Street and Interstate 64. Anchor tenants include Whole Foods, Home Goods and REI as well as restaurants such as Bonefish Grill, Kona Grill and Dave & Busters. The retail units are within walking distance to single-family homes and apartments. About 47,000 square feet is available for lease. The project was previously leased by Eagle Commercial Realty.
