Food Lion has exercised an option to renew a lease on 35,994 square feet of retail space at Kempsville Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Murray Rosenbach of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the landlord.

In another deal for Nusbaum, the Salvation Army renewed a 15,600-square-foot lease for retail space at 1136 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach. Michael Myers represented the tenant.

Also, Advanced Auto exercised an option on 9,000 square feet of space at College Park Square in Virginia Beach. Stephen Gordon and Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
