The Ezra Co. will move its District of Columbia headquarters to 1000 Connecticut Ave. NW in the heart of the city’s Central Business District.
The company said in a press release that it has signed a long-term lease for the space, which will provide additional room needed to continue expanding its tenant-advisory team. By moving, The Ezra Co. can house 25 advisors, doubling the capacity of its present Washington office, located at 1350 St. NW.
“We’re excited to have executed a lease under extremely favorable terms for our new Washington headquarters at a trophy building in the heart of the Central Business District. After 20 years at our current building, it allows us to expand and modernize our office environment,” Ezra Co. President Glenn Meltzer said in a statement.
The company currently has three offices in the Washington, D.C. region, including locations in McLean and Bethesda, Md. The Ezra Co. is the oldest and largest Washington, D.C.-based commercial real estate advisory services firm dedicated solely to representing tenants.
