Sarah Fulton promoted at The Lee Group

Newport News staffing and recruiting firm The Lee Group announced Tuesday that Sarah Fulton has been promoted as vice president of operations after 11 years with the company.

Fulton joined the firm in 2009 and most recently served as branch manager at the company’s Chesapeake office. In her new role, she will lead The Lee Group’s staffing and recruiting efforts. She will oversee the company’s three branch offices and work on best practices development for operations and growth.

The Newport News native earned her bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.

Founded in 1971, The Lee Group provides staffing and recruiting services for Fortune 500 companies in industries including manufacturing, distribution, banking and finance and nonprofits.
