CitiTrends has renewed a 12,000-square-foot of lease for retail space at Brookhill Azalea Shopping Center in Richmond. Sara Goodall, a sales and leasing associate in the Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate, represented the landlord, BSV Premier Brookhill LLC, in the transaction.

CitiTrends specializes in low-priced urban brands and urban-style. The location at Brookhill Azalea is one of six locations CitiTrends operates in Richmond.
