Colliers International said Monday that it has negotiated a renewal for the global headquarters of Dynex Technologies at 14340 Sullyfield Drive in Chantilly.
The company did an early renewal on 36,734 square feet of space. “The early renewal allows Dynex Technologies the ability to take advantage of today’s market conditions and provide flexibility for the future. In addition, the building and location work well for their requirements,” Andy Klaff, Colliers executive vice president and director of Northern Virginia brokerage, said in a statement.
Founded more than 60 years ago, Dynex is a designer and manufacturer of fully automated microplate workstations, laboratory instruments and associated accessories for the clinical diagnostics and research markets.
In addition to its Chantilly headquarters, the company has a branch in Hong Kong and subsidiaries in Germany and the United Kingdom.
Colliers agents Andy Klaff, Chad Arnold and Warren Mayberry negotiated the transaction on behalf of Dynex.
