Four-acre retail site sells in Suffolk for $1.6 million

Michael D. Sifen, a Virginia Beach contractor, purchased 4.49 acres of land at the intersection of Route 10 and Centerbrooke Lane in Suffolk from Central Virginia Bank for $1.6 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Sifen has plans for retail development at the site.

Natalie Hucke and Kevin O’Keefe of Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the bank.
