Colliers announces several lease transactions in Hampton Roads

Colliers International has completed the following lease transactions in the Hampton Roads market:

• Sumitomo Machinery Corp. of American leases 60,000 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at Virginia Regional Commerce Park, 5401 Virginia Regional Drive in Suffolk from Virginia Regional I LLC. James Clark, Jr. of Colliers represented the tenant.

• Exel Inc. leased 29,261 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at 332 Moore Ave. in Suffolk from Commonwealth Storage. David Williams and Chip Louthan of Colliers represented the tenant.

• ARC Granite & Marble Inc. leased 23,100 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at 2572 Horse Pasture Road in Virginia Beach from CHRI TWLF, LLC. Lewis Little Jr. of Colliers represented the tenant.

• Ram Tool & Supply leased 11,965 square feet of warehouse/distribution space at Cavalier Business Center, 3419 Business Center Drive in Chesapeake from CBC Properties. James Clark Jr. of Colliers represented the tenant.
