Learning Tree International announced Tuesday that it is increasing its board of directors to include eight members.
The IT and management training company, which is based in Reston, added Mary C. Collins to the new seat. Collins, 57, worked for the company from 1975 until 2007, serving in various roles. Her most recent positions were chief administrative officer and corporate secretary.
Since 2007, Collins has served on the boards of charitable organizations while running daily operations of a 2,500-acre farm. Since last year, she has been a paid consultant on certain projects for Learning Tree.
